Custom Goods Policy

Every Canvas & Crown Studio portrait is a custom, made-to-order print created from your uploaded photograph. Because of this, our policy differs from a standard retail return policy:

Before you approve

You may generate your portrait and regenerate it up to three additional times (four total) at no charge, until the design is exactly right — including any text the AI renders into the portrait itself, such as your pet's name. AI-rendered text isn't guaranteed to be correct on the first try; regenerate until it is before you approve.

Once you approve

Checking “I approve this exact design and spelling” locks in that exact design. Once you check out, you can cancel for a full, automatic refund any time before your order actually enters production — sign in to My Orders and cancel it there. Once production has started, the item is already being made specifically for you and can no longer be canceled or revised.

Shipping

Approved orders are printed and shipped within the United States and Canada, typically arriving 3–5 business days after approval. A tracking notice is emailed the moment your portrait departs the presses.

If something goes wrong on our end

If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, or we're unable to fulfill it, we'll make it right — a reprint or a full refund, our choice, at no cost to you. If your portrait arrives visibly damaged, email us a photo of it within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Content we won't print

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order whose uploaded photo doesn't depict a pet, includes people, or is otherwise inappropriate — see our Terms of Service. A declined order is refunded in full.
